Role Description The New Product Development Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Coimbatore. This position is responsible for leading the development of new braking products and variants, from concept through prototyping and validation,



in line with customer and OEM requirements. Day-to-day tasks include conducting technical and market research, defining product specifications, coordinating with design, production, and quality teams, and managing project timelines and documentation. The role involves close collaboration with application engineering and sales teams to translate customer needs into viable product solutions, supporting testing activities, and ensuring compliance with performance and safety standards. The specialist will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, cost optimization, and the introduction of innovative materials and technologies.
