NJob Summary:
NWe are seeking a highly driven and experienced Business Development Executive – Sales &Marketing; to join our agile team in Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales and business growth, particularly within Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical and Service-based industries. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth across key verticals.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities across target sectors. N
- Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. N
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure. N
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets and KPIs. N




- Prepare and present tailored proposals and pitches for potential clients. N
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies. N
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify gaps and opportunities. N
- Manage a pipeline of prospective clients using CRM tools and sales dashboards. N
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meets. N
- Provide regular reportsand updates to senior management. N

- 3–5 years of proven experience in business development / B2B & B2C sales, preferably in Manufacturing/ FMCG / Service Industry N
- .Robust understanding of local market dynamics in Gujarat regions N
- .Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills N
- .Demonstrated ability to build and sustain client relationships N
- .Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on revenue generation N
