NAbout the Role
nThe Head of Internal Audit will be responsible for providing independent assurance and advisory services that strengthen governance, risk management, and internal controls across the organization. This role demands a seasoned finance leader with strong exposure to manufacturing with handling large audit/risk consultancy environments, capable of driving operational excellence and building stakeholder confidence.
NKey Responsibilities

- Lead and develop the Internal Audit function across plants, sales offices, and head office processes. N
- Plan and advise on riskmanagement frameworks and implement control mechanisms to mitigate risks. N
- Conduct process, management, and operations audits, including governance reviews and whistleblower desk management. N
- Review audit findings, perform in-depth data analysis, and recommend corrective actions. N




- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies. N
- Drive cost reduction initiatives and strengthen commercial and accounting controls. N
- Collaborate with external auditors and internal stakeholders for effective audit execution. N
- Deliver high-quality audit reports and presentations to senior management and the audit committee. N
- Champion advanced data analytics, digital transformation, and change management initiatives. N
- Build solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure audit effectiveness. N

nQualifications

- N
- Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) – compulsory N
- Experience: 18–22 years in Internal Audit/Finance, with exposure to large manufacturing industry only, we are not hiring from service industry N
- Proven track record in leadership roles within finance and audit functions N
- Mandatory handling team. N
