Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 4+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst or Project Coordinator in application development projects with at least recent 2+ years in a B2B services/product company

Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have hands-on experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder discussions, business analysis, and translating business requirements into functional specifications.

Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have strong experience preparing BRD (Business Requirement Document), SRS (Software Requirement Specification), FRD, Use Case Documents, User Documentation, and related project artifacts.

Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have hands-on experience creating process flow diagrams, workflow diagrams, business process maps, user journeys, and functional flow documentation.

Mandatory (Experience 5)



– Must have working experience with Figma for wireframing, screen flows, mockups, and requirement visualization.

Mandatory (Experience 6) – Must have experience coordinating with business users, development teams, QA teams, and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Mandatory (Experience 7) – Must have good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, UAT coordination, project tracking, and documentation management.
