Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Operations professional to support our sales team and maintain

strong relationships with existing clients. The role will be responsible for ensuring smooth

day-to-day operations, handling client queries, and managing relationships with existing

channel partners. This is an entry-level role, and freshers are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

• Handle client queries and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues on time.

• Follow up with clients to ensure timely transactions and repayments.

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing channel partners.

• Coordinate with channel partners for regular business opportunities and follow-ups.

• Coordinate with internal teams such as Credit, Operations, Risk, and Finance to ensure





smooth execution.

• Maintain accurate records of client and partner interactions.

• Ensure timely follow-up on pending documents, transactions, and other requirements.

● Strong client relationship management skills

● Excellent verbal and written communication

● Positive follow-up and coordination skills

● Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset

● Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities

● Understanding of lending, working capital, fintech, or financial services is preferred

● Good analytical and reporting skills

● Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets

● Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
