- Set a explicit vision for the school's educational objectives and academic standards. N
- Develop and implement educational programs that align with curriculum guidelines and promote student achievement. N
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement in teaching and learning. N
- Promote equality, diversity and inclusion amongst students. N
- Through direct and indirect contact with students, establish the nature of the School Community – its ambitions, norms, values and behaviors. N
- Work with teachers and curriculum specialists to develop, review, and improve the school's curriculum. N
- Implement assessment strategies to measure student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly. N
