NJob Summary
nWe are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to deliver exceptional customer experiences and assist clients throughout their journey with My True Match. This is a full time onsite role based in North Bengaluru, where you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer support and service delivery.

- Handle customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and chat. N
- Guide customers throughonboarding and service processes. N
- Explain platform services, assessments, and report timelines. N
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers. N
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently. N




- Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs. N
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. N
- Collect customer feedback and help improve customer experience. N
- Build positive relationships with customers and maintain high satisfaction levels. N

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline. N
- 0–3 years of experiencein customer support, customer service, telecalling, or client relations. N
- Excellent communicationskills in English and local languages. N
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced onsite environment. N
- Experience in matrimony, counseling, relationship services, or wellness industries is a plus. N
