The individual will create a wide range of marketing videos — from product explainers and CRM content to performance-driven edits and course or faculty showcases — ensuring every piece is engaging, on-brand, and effective in driving business outcomes.
NKey Responsibilities
nMarketing-Focused Video Creation

- Edit and produce high-quality videos for marketing campaigns across product, performance, social media, CRM, and website/app channels. N
- Build compelling visualnarratives for product explainers, student and faculty stories, and course showcases that bring the ALLEN Online experience to life. N
- Optimise edits for different placements and objectives (e.G. lead generation, conversion, engagement). N
- Maintain brand consistency while adapting to the needs of each channel and campaign. N

nCreative Storytelling & Motion Design

- Use pacing, music, graphics,



and animation to strengthen storytelling and keep audiences engaged. N
- Integrate AI tools and motion design techniques to accelerate workflows and enhance creativity. N
- Experiment with formats, transitions, and storytelling styles to ensure distinctiveness in a crowded category. N

nCross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely withthe marketing, content, and creative teams to translate briefs into effective visual stories. N
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and producers to ensure the message and tone remain consistent. N
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. N
