nThe Operations team is a high-impact vertical within Kamakhya Analytics. As the engine of every project, the Ops team orchestrates collaboration between strategy, research, analytics, and field agents to ensure seamless execution. By maintaining rigorous quality control and end-to-end ownership, they transform complex plans into actionable results.

- Lead the end-to-end execution of large-scale field projects across political, policy, and social-sector domains. N
- Oversee primary data collection processes, including CAPI/IDI/FGD surveys, field recruitment, and vendor management. N
- Coordinate with the field teams for flawless on-ground execution N
- Translate complex research designs into robust field-work plans and logistics frameworks. N
- Ensure excellence in all three operational KPIs N
