nTheAssociate – Sales (Luxury & Commercial Sales) will be a key leader driving business development, investor engagement, and deal closures for this platform. The role demands a robust network within the HNI, wealth management, and family office ecosystem, coupled with proven expertise in luxury and commercial real estate sales.
NKey Responsibilities
n1. Revenue Growth
NDeliver sales targets by originating and closing deals across luxury and commercial assets.
N2. Client Acquisition
nBuild and grow relationships with HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices, and Wealth Managers.
N3. Network Expansion
nLeverage existing networks and forge new partnerships with private bankers, investment advisors, and global investor communities.
N4. Sales Strategy
nDrive investor roadshows, exclusive events, and targeted campaigns to generate qualified leads.
N5. Deal Execution
nManage end-to-end deal cycles — pitching, structuring, negotiation, and closure.
N6. Market Insights:




NProvide actionable intelligence on investor sentiment, competitive offerings, and emerging trends to sharpen sales strategy.
N7. Brand Representation
NPosition RMZ as the partner of choice for wealth creation in Indian real estate.
NExperience

- MBA/PGDM in Finance, Marketing, or Business Management (preferred). N
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business, or related field. N

nCore Skills:

- n
- 5 to 10 years of proven sales experience in luxury real estate, commercial real estate, High end luxury Residential or wealth management. N
- Strong track record of closing high-value transactions (INR 15 Cr+) with HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices, or Institutional Investors. N
- Exposure to both luxuryresidential and commercial sales. N
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and deal-structuring skills. N
- Ability to work in a target-driven, high-performance sales workplace. N
