NPioneer Media Labs is looking for a B2B Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive to help us connect with businesses seeking digital transformation through websites, branding, digital marketing, AI solutions, and custom software development.
What You'll Do N

- Make outbound calls to business owners, CXOs, and decision-makers. N
- Introduce Pioneer MediaLabs' services and understand client requirements. N
- Identify and qualify potential business opportunities. N
- Generate high-quality B2B leads for our sales team. N
- Schedule meetings and demos with qualified prospects. N
- Follow up with prospects through calls,



WhatsApp, and email. N
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM. N
- Work closely with the Business Development team to achieve monthly lead generation targets. N
- Represent Pioneer MediaLabs professionally in every customer interaction. N

What We're Looking Forn
- N
- Excellent communicationskills in English, Hindi, and/or Gujarati. N
- Confidence in speaking with business owners and senior professionals. N
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills. N
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office. N
- Prior experience in B2Btelecalling, telesales, lead generation, or customer support is preferred. N
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply. N
