NAbout the Role
nArchitect Rushikesh H is looking for an experienced and design-driven Senior Architect to lead the planning, design, coordination, and execution of large-scale architectural projects including
Ntownships, residential developments, commercial office buildings, mixed-use projects, malls,
Nmultiplexes, and hospitality developments.
NKey Responsibilities
n
- Lead projects from concept design through construction documentation and execution.

- Develop Master Plans, Layouts, Concept Designs, Working Drawings, Tender Drawings, and Design Presentations.
N
- Manage and mentor teamsof Architects, Junior Architects, and Draftsmen.
N
- Coordinate with RCC, MEP, Landscape, and other consultants.
N
- Ensure compliance with DCR, NBC, local regulations, FSI, sale area, and BUA calculations.
N
- Attend client meetings,presentations, and project review sessions.
N




- Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and deliverables.
N
- Prepare BOQs, technicalspecifications, and tender documentation.
N
- Drive design excellence, value engineering, and cutting-edge solutions.
NRequired Skills
nStrong design and planning capabilities, excellent understanding of building construction, RCC, steel structures, and building services. Proven experience in large-scale residential, commercial, mixed-use, or hospitality projects with strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.
NSoftware Proficiency
nAutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office (Lumion/Enscape/D5 preferred)
NQualification: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) / (M. Arch)
NExperience: 7–15 Years
