Position Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Entrepreneurship Faculty & Incubation Mentor who can inspire students to think like entrepreneurs while equipping them with practical and theoretical startup knowledge. The ideal candidate should be passionate about innovation, startup ecosystems, and experiential learning, with the ability to simplify entrepreneurial concepts and mentor aspiring founders.

- Design Thinking
- Lean Startup

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver engaging and interactive classroom sessions focused on entrepreneurship and innovation.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, classroom activities, and learning resources.
- Design assignments, assessments, and practical learning exercises.
- Evaluate student performance through assessments, presentations, and project reviews.
- Mentor students in developing entrepreneurial thinking and startup ideas.
- Guide students in identifying opportunities, validating business ideas, and developing business models.
- Maintain academic documentation, student records, and assessment reports as required by the institution.




- Collaborate with the academic team to continuously improve course delivery and learning outcomes.
- Contribute to workshops, entrepreneurship events, and innovation-related initiatives conducted by Brevitty.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Entrepreneurship, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
- Prior startup founder experience or active involvement in entrepreneurial ventures is highly preferred.
- Previous teaching, mentoring, or training experience is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

- Robust understanding of entrepreneurship, startup ecosystems, and innovation.
- Excellent classroom communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify entrepreneurial concepts using practical examples.
- Student-centric teaching approach with strong mentoring abilities.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital teaching tools.
