ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist who will be the operational backbone of our sales team, making sure every campaign is executed accurately, lands in the inbox, and is reported on clearly. Working closely with the sales, delivery and database teams, you will prepare proposals and quotations, keep client records current, monitor deliverability and compliance, and turn campaign performance data into insights that drive renewals and upsell opportunities.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

● Serve as the primary liaison between the sales team, delivery, and database teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and onboarding.

● Prepare sales proposals, client quotations, and campaign presentations based on strategic insights and performance data.

● Maintain and update client profiles, campaign history, and lead information in CRM systems.

● Coordinate end-to-end campaign execution while monitoring email deliverability, inbox placement, and bounce/spam rates.





● Use tools like SpamAssassin to evaluate email content against spam filters and suggest improvements for higher inbox placement.

● Track campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and generate timely reports for the senior sales team.

● Identify upsell opportunities by analyzing client engagement trends and campaign outcomes.

● Assist the sales team in follow-ups, lead nurturing, and renewal communications.

● Ensure all campaigns follow compliance standards (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.) to maintain sender reputation.

QUALIFICATIONS

● Bachelors degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business, or a related field

● 3+ years of experience in a Sales Support, Marketing Support, or CRM coordination role

● Familiarity with spam compliance tools and deliverability monitoring

● Solid attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

● Excellent communication in Spoken and Written English.
