We are currently hiring for a strategic APAC Portfolio role, where the person will be responsible for shaping and driving the growth of FMC's portfolio across Asia Pacific.
This is a regional role rather than a traditional country marketing position. The role will work across global, regional and country teams to develop portfolio strategy, drive new product introductions, manage post-patent strategies and optimize pricing, profitability and overall portfolio performance.
There is also significant exposure to market and competitive intelligence, long-range planning and strategic marketing initiatives across APAC.
We're particularly looking for someone with 10–15+ years of crop protection experience who has worked across marketing/commercial functions and has solid portfolio management and NPI experience
