driving business growth, and delivering extraordinary customer experiences. If you're ambitious,
results-driven, and excited to be part of a legacy brand that's writing its next chapter, we'd love to
have you on this journey.
Who are we looking for
We're looking for a Travel Consultant who genuinely enjoys the craft of building a holiday- someone
who can take a client's vague idea of somewhere in Europe and turn it into a fully planned, priced,
and confirmed international itinerary. This isn't a transactional booking role; it's a high-touch sales
and advisory function where destination knowledge, pricing judgement, and client relationships all
come together.
If you know your visa timelines from your shoulder-season pricing, and you'd rather close one
high-value international booking with a delighted client than churn through low-value leads - we'd
love to meet you.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
● Sales & Conversion: Handle international leisure travel inquiries end-to-end and convert
leads into confirmed bookings, owning the client relationship from first inquiry to final
payment.
● Itinerary Design: Design customized international itineraries and holiday packages tailored
to each client's budget, preferences, and travel style.
● Client Advisory: Provide guidance on visas, travel insurance, and documentation, acting as a
trusted advisor through the entire pre-travel process.
● Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with global DMCs, airlines, and hotel partners to secure
the best pricing and availability for clients.
● Deal Management: Manage negotiations, itinerary revisions, and upselling opportunities to
maximize both client satisfaction and deal value.
● Post-Booking Ownership: Ensure smooth post-booking documentation and a seamless
handover as clients prepare to travel.
● Target Delivery: Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets, tracked and forecasted
through CRM tools.
Skills & Qualifications Required:
● Graduate in Travel, Hospitality, or Business.
● 2–5 years of experience in International Travel Sales.
● Strong working knowledge of global destinations, visa processes, and international routing.
● Excellent communication, sales, and client-handling skills, with the ability to build trust
quickly.
● A mindset geared towards closing high-value deals and optimizing revenue per client, not
just volume.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
● High-value booking conversions
● Monthly international revenue achieved
● Visa Documentation Accuracy & Submission TAT
● Upsell & cross-sell revenue
● Lead-to-booking conversion ratio
● CRM accuracy & forecasting
