Role Overview

We are looking for a sharp, confident, and execution-oriented Chief of Staff reporting directly to the CEO. This is not a coordination role — it is a high-leverage operating role where you will act as the CEO's execution arm across strategic initiatives, operating cadence, partner conversations, and business intelligence. You will own outcomes, not just advise on them.

What You Will Do

- Drive cross-functional initiatives end-to-end — from ambiguity to outcome — across delivery, GTM, and partnerships
- Own the CEO's operating cadence: weekly priorities, decision memos, board-quality briefings, and stakeholder updates
- Support enterprise client and partner conversations — including interactions with CXOs of large organisations — with confidence and commercial fluency
- Build financial models, ROI frameworks, unit economics analyses, and pricing calculations to support business decisions
- Monitor and synthesise signals across the business and the market into structured intelligence the CEO can act on
- Step in as interim owner on critical unstructured problems until a permanent owner is hired
- Support strategic corporate development activities including fundraising preparation and investor communications
- Manage and coordinate relationships with key ecosystem partners (Databricks, Microsoft, Google Cloud, Anthropic, OpenAI)

Must-Have Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in a strategy, business operations, or enterprise-facing commercial role
- Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of cross-functional projects — not just analysis or advisory outputs
- Basic financial fluency: unit economics, ROI calculations,



pricing fundamentals — comfortable building and defending commercial models
- Exceptional confidence in CXO-level conversations — composure under pressure and ambiguity is non-negotiable
- Commercial awareness of the enterprise AI landscape: agentic systems, LLMs, orchestration workflows at a strategic level
- Structured written communication — ability to produce sharp decision memos, dashboards, and executive-facing briefs
- Genuine openness to joining an early-stage, high-ambiguity environment with a low public profile
- Willingness and ability to overlap with US working hours (remote role)

Good-to-Have

- B.Tech + MBA combination from a reputable institution
- Prior experience in BFSI or insurance sector
- Exposure to hyperscaler or AI platform ecosystems (AWS, GCP, Azure, Databricks, OpenAI, Anthropic)
- Prior consulting, strategy boutique, or startup / founder's office experience
- Immediate availability or short notice period strongly preferred
