Role Description The US Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for end-to-end recruitment for US-based positions. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and networking; screening resumes; conducting initial interviews; and coordinating interviews with hiring managers and clients. The recruiter will manage job postings, maintain candidate pipelines, negotiate compensation within established guidelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process. The role also involves working across time zones, maintaining accurate recruitment records,



and collaborating closely with internal teams to meet hiring targets and support bench sales and staffing initiatives.
Qualifications

- Strong sourcing and recruitment skills for US markets, including experience with major job boards, social media platforms, and professional networking tools.
- Proficiency in candidate screening, interviewing, and evaluation, with the ability to match profiles to client requirements and project needs.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to discuss roles, compensation, and expectations with candidates and clients.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple requisitions, work across time zones, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with staffing, bench sales recruitment, and RPO processes, along with basic understanding of healthcare, IT, or skilled services domains.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM tools, and MS Office or similar productivity software.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in recruitment.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and collaborate in a team-oriented, inclusive, and performance-driven environment.
