- Minimum 9yrs experience in handling safety
- At least 2yrs experience in Wind/Solar Plant
- Candidates with positive communication can apply
- Experience on EHS standards applicable to Power plant
- Passion towards Training on Safety Topics
Roles and Responsibilities
- Safety Trainer is responsible for providing job-based training on topics not restricted to Hazard identification & workplace safety (applicable to power plants), Work permit system, LOTO, Material handling, Machine guarding, PPE's, Fire safety, Electrical safety, Hot work, Work at height, Confined space, Vehicle & driving safety, Safety related to Cranes & Lifts etc.
- Assess and evaluate the performance of contract workers on field and generate data for contractor safety performance
- Rolling out Safety Interventions programs
- Act as a coach and mentor in field for the contract workforce and supervisors
- Develop and issue monthly MIS
