Role Overview

We are looking for experienced SAP BTP Integration Suite Support Consultants to provide post-go-live AMS support for SAP BTP Integration Suite across multiple partner and enterprise systems. The role will focus on interface monitoring, incident resolution, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, message reprocessing, and integration support in a 24x7 follow-the-sun model.

The support team will manage approximately 143 interfaces across 14 partner systems, with resources aligned to specific technology clusters.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and support SAP BTP Integration Suite interfaces and iFlows.
- Analyze and resolve integration failures, interface errors, and failed messages.
- Perform message reprocessing and routine incident resolution.
- Troubleshoot integration issues across multiple partner systems.
- Perform root-cause analysis for complex integration issues.
- Develop/fix custom adapters, scripts, and integration components where required.
- Investigate integration performance issues and provide corrective actions.
- Support interface monitoring strategy, escalation management, and runbook governance.
- Work closely with L2/L3 teams and application owners for complex issue resolution.
- Maintain and enhance integration support runbooks and operational documentation.
- Participate in 24x7 shift-based support and follow-the-sun handover.
- Support hypercare activities during the initial post-go-live period.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Good understanding of integration flows, interface monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Experience in incident, problem and change management in an AMS environment.
- Strong knowledge of message processing, error handling and reprocessing.
- Experience with adapters, scripts and custom integration components.
- Strong analytical and root-cause analysis skills.
- Ability to work with multiple enterprise/partner systems and integration landscapes.
- Experience working in a 24x7 production support environment.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with distributed support teams.
- Expert / L3 Profile – Additional Requirements

For the Expert/L3 position, candidates should have:

- Deep expertise in SAP BTP Integration Suite and complex integration troubleshooting.
- Robust experience in root-cause analysis of production integration issues.
- Ability to troubleshoot custom adapters, scripts and performance-related issues.
- Experience handling escalations across multiple integration clusters.
- Strong technical ownership and ability to guide Advanced/Intermediate support analysts.
