Key Responsibilities

- Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries, ensuring a professional and helpful interaction.
- Generate sales leads that have the potential to develop into new customers.
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve high levels of satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by utilizing the right methods and tools.
- Meet personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
- Handle customer queries, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within established time limits, and follow up to ensure complete resolution.




- Keep meticulous records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents accurately.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies consistently.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers and enhance their experience.

Skills & Qualifications

- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- A track record of over-achieving quotas is highly desirable.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Customer orientation and the ability to adapt and respond to different types of personalities and situations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced workplace.
- Proficient in English, Hindi, and Telugu to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
