Business Development Manager

Job Responsibilities and Duties

As a Business Development Manager, you will:

- Travel to various locations to advocate for and ensure the supply of targeted products, as well as manage relationships with existing clients.
- Operate outside the office, pitching to potential clients to maximize the company's sales of products and services.
- Actively participate in camp activities and promotional activities.
- Primarily focus on campaign activities involving physical materials like banners and pamphlets to drive brand visibility and engagement.
- Unlike a general field executive, this role demands extensive travel to either find recent clients or customers or to maintain strong relationships with existing ones.
- Conduct field activities to effectively attract all clients and potential customers to our camps and promotional events.




- Arrange meetings with clients or visit their offices or homes to persuade them to purchase a product or subscribe to a service offered by Hearing Solutions.
- Your core focus will be to increase client walk-ins to the company's centers.
- Be feasible to perform all necessary fieldwork diligently.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Diploma, Graduation, or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: 2 to 6 years of experience in field sales or marketing.
- Skills: Strong communication and persuasion skills are essential, along with a positive attitude and adaptability.
- Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid license and be comfortable with extensive travel for field activities.
- Other Requirements: Maximum age of 35. This position prefers male candidates.
