Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure software, hardware, and networks across the organization.
- Monitor system performance diligently and effectively troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Ensure the security and efficiency of the entire IT infrastructure.
- Set up accounts and workstations for new and existing employees.
- Manage network servers and technology tools, ensuring their optimal functioning.
- Troubleshoot system issues and outages promptly to minimize downtime.
- Upgrade systems with new releases and models to keep our technology current.
- Develop expertise to effectively train staff on new technologies and best practices.
- Build and maintain an internal wiki with comprehensive technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in Linux & Mac OS.
- Knowledge of Asset Management tools.
- In-depth knowledge of operating systems.
- Solid Networking Skills.
- Familiarity with various Hardware components and their functionalities.
- Knowledge of Active Directory Domain Services.
- Understanding and implementation of Security Policies.
- Excellent Troubleshooting skills.
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Expertise in Security and Monitoring best practices.
