Medical Representative

Hearing Solutions (Hearzap) is looking for a driven Medical Representative to join our Feet on Street team. If you excel at direct client engagement, have a passion for promoting healthcare products, and are fluent in both English and Marathi, we want you to drive our growth!

Responsibilities

As a Medical Representative, you'll:

- Conduct home visits exclusively to engage clients and effectively promote our hearing solutions.
- Travel extensively to promote targeted products and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Operate outside the office, pitching to potential clients to maximize the company's sales of products and services.
- Actively participate in camp and promotional activities, focusing on campaigns that utilize physical materials like banners and pamphlets.
- This role is distinct from a general field executive position, requiring dedicated travel to find current clients or maintain existing relationships.
- Conduct field activities to engage clients and attract potential customers to our events.




- Arrange meetings with clients at their offices or homes to encourage purchases or subscriptions for our services.
- Your primary goal will be to increase client walk-ins to Hearzap centers.
- Be ready to perform all necessary fieldwork with dedication and efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications

- Excellent communication skills in both English and Marathi are essential for effective client interaction.
- Education: Minimum qualification is Graduation or relevant experience in Marketing.
- Experience: 1 to 6 years of experience in field marketing is preferred.
- Transportation: Must possess a valid driver's license and own a two-wheeler.
- Personal Attributes: We're looking for someone persuasive, adaptable, and innovative.
- Industry Interest: A genuine interest in field marketing and sales is crucial.

Work Details

- Office Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM.
