Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Generate leads through various platforms, including LinkedIn, job portals, emails, and other relevant channels.
- Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Understand client requirements and introduce Firstwave Technologies recruitment and staffing services.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the internal team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and business development activities.
- Work towards achieving assigned performance targets and contributing to business growth.
