Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to manage client relationships, generate new business, and achieve sales targets across the Banking and Insurance domain. The ideal candidate should have strong sales, relationship management, and customer acquisition skills with experience in BFSI products.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking, insurance, investment, and financial products.
- Generate new business through lead generation, referrals, field sales, and relationship building.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Handle customer acquisition, onboarding, documentation, and service requirements.
- Promote products such as Life Insurance, General Insurance, Loans, CASA, Credit Cards, Mutual Funds, Investments, and other financial products.
- Cross-sell and upsell relevant financial products to existing customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.




- Maintain regular communication with customers and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance, loan processing, account opening, claims, and other customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and KYC requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 1-3 years of experience in Banking, Insurance, BFSI, Financial Services, or NBFC.
- Experience in Relationship Management, Sales, Business Development, or Customer Acquisition.
- Candidates with experience in Life Insurance / General Insurance / Bancassurance / Retail Banking are preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation, convincing, and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with field/customer-facing sales.
- Ability to generate leads independently and convert them into business.
- Knowledge of banking and insurance products will be an advantage.
