We are looking for a dynamic, well-presented and highly organised person to join our team. This is a client-facing role that combines daily gallery operations, including managing online listings, coordinating consignments, and maintaining accurate inventory and documentation. You will be required to drive sales by engaging with prospective and existing collectors, responding to inquiries, conducting virtual and in-person viewings, and providing guidance on artworks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced gallery environment. 10:30 AM 6:30 PMQualificationsStrong Operations Management and Analytical Skills to oversee gallery processes.Manage client relationships with the ability to build trust and handle inquiries.Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for client interactions, negotiations, and coordination with partners.Experience in art sales, gallery management, luxury retail, hospitality or any other luxury client facing environment is an advantage.
