As a Payout Calculation Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:- Ensuring correct and timely Payout calculations of all assignment banks by downloading various IT reports from the reporting system and sharing them with trustees.- Preparing MBS of all assigned banks and ensuring payout figures tally with trustees, whenever trustees are involved.- Generating MBS reports and Annexures as required by bankers in a timely manner.- Creating Debit Note for servicing fees and dispatching them on time.- Preparing various reconciliations such as MBS Vs Portfolio dump and MBS Data vs assignee bank Loan Statement to ensure balance accuracy.- Summarizing Alliance MBS for submission to the business team and alliance partners.- Preparing and uploading various month-end entries related to assignments and alliances.In addition to the primary responsibilities, your secondary responsibilities will include:- Providing and sharing details with various internal and external stakeholders as needed.- Conducting UAT testing for automation processes.- Performing bank reconciliations.- Assisting team members when necessary.
