Role Scope:The National Sales Manager (NSM) Government Infection Control (IC) is responsible for leading the company'sgovernment sales strategy, driving business growth through Central and State Government institutions, and ensuringsuccessful execution of infection control projects across India.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute the national sales strategy for Government Infection Control products. Drive revenue growth through Central and State Government healthcare departments. Identify recent business opportunities in government hospitals, medical colleges, AIIMS, ESIC, Railways,Defence, PSU hospitals, and autonomous healthcare institutions. Build a strong sales pipeline and ensure timely project closures. Lead the complete tender lifecycle, including opportunity identification, bid strategy, pricing, submission,negotiations, and order finalization. Coordinate with internal teams for technical documentation, compliance, commercial approvals, and Contract Execution.
