Senior Executive / Assistant Manager HRYOE - 3 to 5 years.AGE - 25 to 30 years.Location- Chennai( Mylapore).CTC- 30 to 35,000 monthly Takehome .Workday - Monday to Sat from 10 to 7 PM.We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive / Assistant Manager HR to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR Generalist, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Statutory Compliance & Taxation, HR Operations, and Grievance Handling.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement HR strategies to support business growth and objectivesManage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interviewsMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including performance management and grievance handlingEnsure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, including statutory compliance and taxationCollaborate with department heads to develop and implement performance management systemsProvide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations and grievancesConduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and proceduresRequirements3-5 years of experience in HR Generalist, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Statutory Compliance & Taxation, HR Operations, and Grievance HandlingBachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldStrong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in IndiaExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a quick-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasksProficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word,
