In your role as a Payout Calculation Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:- Ensuring correct and timely Payout calculations of all assignment banks. This involves downloading various IT reports from the reporting system and sharing them with trustees.- Preparation of MBS of all assigned banks & payout figures to be tallied with trustees wherever trustees are involved.- Preparation of MBS reports & Annexures as required by bankers to be prepared & shared on time.- Preparation of Debit Note for servicing fees & dispatch the same on time.- Preparation of various reconciliations such as MBS Vs Portfolio dump, MBS Data vs assignee bank Loan Statement to ensure that balances align between our books and the assignee bank.- Summary preparation of Alliance MBS for onward submission to the business team and alliance partners.- Preparing and uploading various month-end entries pertaining to assignment and alliance.Your secondary responsibilities will involve:- Providing/sharing details to various internal & external stakeholders as and when required.- UAT testing for automation.- Bank reconciliation.- Assisting team members as and when required.
