You are being hired as a Senior Operations Manager in the Logistics & Supply Chain department based in Pune. Your responsibilities will include:- Overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations such as warehousing, transportation, and inventory- Driving operational efficiency, cost reduction, and process improvements- Managing relationships and negotiations with vendors, transporters, and 3PL partners- Monitoring key performance indicators including on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and logistics cost- Leading and managing large teams across warehouse and operations- Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards- Implementing and optimizing ERP/WMS systemsThe key skills required for this role include Supply Chain Management, Logistics Operations, Warehouse Management, Inventory Control, Distribution, Transportation Management, Vendor Management, 3PL, KPI Management, Cost Optimization, SAP, Oracle, WMS, ERP, MIS Reporting, and Team Handling.Please note that the company operates in the mandatory domestic courier industry and the salary offered is 8.4 Lakhs per annum.
