This is a remote position. We are seeking a Workday Configurator to manage and maintain Workday Core HCM modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into functional configurations and ensuring system integrity through rigorous testing. Configure Workday HCM business processes according to client needs. Support unit testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Troubleshoot configuration issues and provide timely resolutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless system delivery. Note: This role involves a direct Citi Manager Interview; no KARAT assessment is required. Requirements Requirements: Experience: 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Workday configuration. Technical: Deep understanding of Workday HCM modules and business process framework. Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and experience coordinating with large enterprise clients. Location: Pan India (Adaptable). Benefits Benefits: Salary Range: 10 LPA to 30 LPA.
