As a Digital Transformation Manager at Orange Business, you will be a key member of the Program leadership team working on the Triumph Program. Your main responsibilities will include:- Managing Triumph Epics within the IPIP Portfolio, ensuring they are properly managed and progressed through the Portfolio epic flow for business prioritization.- Facilitating the assessment and prioritization of new capability requests from the business during the PI Preparation Process.- Planning and executing PI events quarterly with the PILLIV RTE to secure commitment from both Triumph and interlocking IT Teams.- Coordinating the delivery of PI commitments through Triumph and interlocking IT teams, managing dependencies and risks.- Coordinating business testing of new capability and ensuring controlled release, including user communications and training delivery planning.- Promoting SAFe best practices and driving continuous improvement in processes and planning cycles.- Owning the Delivery Roadmap and managing communication related to the delivery of new capability in coordination with other team members.- Managing and progressing Triumph Epics within the Portfolio flow and acting as the main point of contact for Triumph with the RTE and Product Manager.Qualifications required for this role include:- Certification in SAFe, program/project delivery experience, and expertise in multi-team delivery orchestration.- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.- Familiarity with ServiceNow SPM or similar enterprise portfolio management platforms.- Understanding of digital transformation lifecycles and enterprise change management.Orange Business offers a range of benefits including a flexible work environment with hybrid working options, professional development and upskilling opportunities, internal growth and mobility opportunities, health and well-being programs, diversity & inclusion initiatives, and more.
