As the company enters an exciting new phase of growth and transformation, you will be an integral part of the team driving this change.Your role will involve achieving personal monthly hiring targets, enabling regions and branches to meet their hiring goals, and managing a pipeline of candidates to convert hires every month.Key Responsibilities:- Engage with inbound applicants promptly, ensuring first contact within 2 hours of accepting their offer- Communicate with candidates regularly via phone, email, and text- Assist candidates in gathering necessary documentation and processing references, background checks, and right to work checks- Ensure all checks are completed accurately and new hires are compliant with regulations- Schedule candidates for training sessions and coordinate with trainers- Collaborate with Branch Managers and Regional Directors to complete required Risk Assessments- Handle contract management, compliance tracking, and data entry- Escalate any issues or blockages to Team Leaders promptlyAdditionally, you will be responsible for the management of compliance and daily trackers, updating all activities in real-time, and using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)



to record candidate communication.Measures of Success:- Number of current hires onboarded per week/month- Number of candidates attending training sessions- Time to hire from candidate acceptance to first solo shiftQualifications Required:- 2 years of experience in HR or recruitment administration- Exceptional attention to detail- Strong communication and organizational skills- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively- Strong interpersonal skills for collaborative workYou will be required to work during UK daytime hours, from 13:30 PM to 22:00 PM IST (9:00 am - 17:30 pm GMT) Monday to Friday. The role offers a salary of 7 - 9 lakhs per annum, 20 days of annual leave, and 11 public holidays. This is a fully remote position.
