Role Overview:As a UiPath RPA Developer at Sutherland, you will be responsible for creating and implementing RPA projects. You will work with a dynamic team to drive digital transformation, optimize critical business operations, and pioneer new solutions through robotic process automation.Key Responsibilities:- Expertise in Robotics Process Automation and design techniques, working across large environments with multiple operating systems/infrastructures for large-scale programs.- Experience with UiPath Orchestrator and RPA design patterns.- Design, develop, and test automation workflows using UiPath versions 2020.10, 2021.4, and 2022.10.- Deploy RPA bots and ensure their operational stability.- Maintain and troubleshoot existing RPA solutions.- Strong understanding of automation techniques and best practices.- Document the design, development, and deployment processes.- Provide ongoing support and optimization for deployed bots.- Stay updated with cutting-edge technologies/trends to influence their application in supporting the business.- Interact with clients to gather relevant information for automation solutions.- Analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and assess feasibility.- Extensive experience in both front office and back-office automation using RPA tools and third-party solutions.- Client-facing experience, gathering requirements, and designing solutions.Qualifications:- Hands-on experience in Robotic automation using RPA software like UiPath, Automation Anywhere.- 4 to 6 years of RPA Developer experience with at least 8-12 end-to-end implementation projects in UiPath.- Proven experience as an RPA Developer, specifically with UiPath versions 2023.10.4.- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
