Role Overview:As a Data Scientist in our specialized IoT development team, you will have the opportunity to craft cutting-edge solutions for industrial applications. Your role will involve delivering innovative and sustainable solutions that minimize environmental impact, while staying at the forefront of digital development.Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with divisional commercial functions to identify new data-driven value propositions, going beyond traditional product bases to leverage emerging technologies like AI, IoT, and advanced data analytics.- Ensure a deep understanding of the business domain, customer pain points, and industry trends to deliver solutions that create new business models and customer experiences.- Work closely with Solution, System, and Platform Architects to ensure consistency, scalability, and alignment of data strategy decisions across divisions.- Define and enforce data strategy, ensuring adherence to best practices and alignment with the overall enterprise architecture strategy.- Identify opportunities to integrate with external partner ecosystems to enhance value propositions and expand reach.Qualifications Required:- Bachelors/Masters degree in engineering with at least 8 years of experience working with data, algorithms, and machine learning.- Proficiency in using Python and experience with Azure Machine Learning.- Demonstrated experience in deploying analytics and AI in production.- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and services, especially Microsoft Azure.- Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLM), Prompt Engineering, and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).- Experience with software testing methods and version control systems like Git.- Proven track record of supporting key initiatives in a large organization,
