As an Associate Advocate at Diwan Advocates, you will be responsible for handling matters related to IBC and commercial litigation/advisory. Your key responsibilities will include:- Handling matters before NCLT, NCLAT, High Courts, and other relevant forums- Drafting pleadings, applications, replies, rejoinders, and transaction documents- Assisting in CIRP proceedings, resolution plans, and insolvency strategy- Conducting legal research and preparing briefs, case notes, and opinions- Appearing in court/tribunals and assisting in hearings- Advising clients on commercial disputes, contracts, and regulatory issues- Coordinating with clients, counsel, and other stakeholders- Actively contributing to case strategy and executionTo qualify for this role, you should meet the following requirements:- Minimum 3 years PQE, preferably in IBC, insolvency litigation, or commercial disputes- Strong drafting skills, particularly in IBC pleadings and commercial documentation- Working knowledge of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Companies Act, and allied laws- Experience appearing before NCLT/NCLAT/High Courts preferred- Strong legal research and analytical abilities- Excellent communication, articulation, and client-handling skills- Ability to work independently and manage multiple matters efficiently- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills- LL.B. degree and enrollment with a Bar Council- Prior experience in a litigation-focused law firm or insolvency practice will be preferredIf you are interested in this opportunity, please send your CV and a brief statement of relevant experience to:
