As a Senior in the EY GDS-ServiceNow team, you will have the opportunity to work on solving client problems using the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with a high-quality team to build innovative products that address client needs. Your role will involve configuring/customizing the ServiceNow system, creating workflows, automating tasks, integrating processes, and more.Key Responsibilities:- Perform Configuration/Customization of the ServiceNow system, including creating workflows- Build service request fulfilment workflow based on customer requirements using workflows, UI actions, client scripts, business rules, etc.- Utilize scripting tools and ServiceNow functionality to automate tasks- Perform integrations and process automation using Orchestration, Web Services, Soap calls, etc.- Gather specifications from business departments, interpret requirements, and develop technical specifications documentation- Load, manipulate, and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems- Collaborate with business liaison to generate dashboards, home pages, performance analytics data collectors, and reports- Analyze user stories and internal procedures to enhance system capabilities and automate workflows- Conduct system and integration testing with sample and live dataSkills And Attributes For Success:- Proficiency in authentication protocols like Active Directory / LDAP or SiteMinder federation /Azure- Experience with Disciplined Agile Delivery software release build/deploy processes- Ability to integrate with internal and external applications and systems- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, Angular JS, and positive web design practices- Experience in Service Portal implementation- Implementation experience in applications such as HR, GRC, SecOps, CSM, PPM, APM, ITOM,
