- Recruit and onboard insurance advisors / agents

- Maintain robust relationship with advisors and customers
- Support advisors in closing sales
- Monitor performance and provide regular feedback
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year experience in BFSI Sales (Banking / Insurance / NBFC / Mutual Funds)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Graduation preferred
- Local market knowledge is an advantage
