As an experienced Accountant, you will be responsible for various key tasks including drafting Statutory accounts and Corporation Tax returns, preparing personal UK self-assessment Tax returns, and acting as a Senior to junior members by reviewing and signing off their work. Your role will also involve effectively communicating with UK clients through leading video calls.In Customer Implementations, you will project manage implementations for onboarding clients alongside your UK colleagues. Efficient management of resources, adherence to deadlines, and ensuring high-quality service delivery will be crucial aspects of your responsibilities.Ensuring exceptional customer service excellence is vital, where you will promptly respond to email queries, Teams messages, and calls from clients and the UK team. Establishing appropriate KPIs and conducting regular reviews with the UK Head of Payroll will help identify areas for improvement and enhance client satisfaction.Operational Efficiency is another key focus area, as you collaborate with the UK Head of Payroll to effectively plan for scaling up teams for increasing clients. Implementing an academy style recruitment process, conducting thorough training sessions, and managing resources efficiently will be essential for covering various operational aspects.In terms of Required Skills & Qualifications, you should be a Qualified Accountant (CA/ACCA/ACA) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounts, including team supervision and client exposure. Strong leadership, management, communication, and interpersonal skills are necessary for this role. Proficiency in using payroll software(s) and related tools is also a key requirement to successfully fulfill your responsibilities.
