As a Billing Assistant, your role will involve handling billing using billing software, generating accurate bills and collecting payments (cash, UPI, card), maintaining daily cash records, and ensuring proper cash handling. You will be expected to provide quick and polite service to customers at the counter, coordinate with kitchen and service staff for order flow, and maintain cleanliness and organization at the billing counter.
