As an Associate in Finance & Business Management P&A;, within the Global Real Estate (GRE) Finance team, your role involves overseeing financial analysis for the Firms real estate portfolio. This includes managing location strategy financial analysis, capital project plans, LOB allocations, expense forecasts, and headcount location plans. You will collaborate with various Real Estate functions to ensure accurate financial forecasts and budgets while analyzing variances, trends, risks, opportunities, and key business drivers.**Key Responsibilities:**- Prepare financial forecast/budget for JPMC real estate portfolio (leased/owned property)- Partner with Real Estate functions to ensure accuracy of financial forecasts/budgets- Analyze variances, trends, risks, opportunities, and performance against targets- Support ad-hoc financial analysis for key functional areas and efficiency scaling opportunities- Own and understand all facets of GRE P&L; and balance sheet, including budget reporting- Perform due diligence and underwriting of real estate transactions to ensure compliance with accounting policies**Qualifications Required:**- Masters degree in Accounting/Finance or business-related discipline- 3 years of work experience in Financial Services or accounting/controller background- Experience in financial modeling, forecasting, technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, data mining, manipulation of data sets- Ability to think innovatively, identify problems, find cost-efficient solutions- Robust communication skills, comfortable interacting with senior leaders- Excellent organizational abilities to handle multiple deliverables with critical deadlines*Note: Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills include prior experience in Real Estate finance, knowledge of financial systems (EssBase, SAP),
