Role Overview:As a Global HR Business Partner at Reckitt, you will play a crucial role in shaping the people strategy and fostering a high-performance culture within spirited and passionate teams globally. Your main responsibility will be collaborating with senior leaders to develop HR initiatives that align with the organizations core values and leadership dynamics. You will drive change, nurture talent, and promote creativity to uphold the mission of always doing the right thing. This role offers you the prospect to make a global impact and contribute to continuous growth in the field of people management.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the evolution of Reckitts GCC into a future-ready Global Business Services (GBS) hub.- Act as the architect and activator of the GBS people and culture plan in the Hyderabad Hub.- Shape the local GBS vision in alignment with India & global leadership for the Hyderabad Hub.- Design agile org structures and scalable workflows & processes for GBS, Hyderabad.- Embed a performance-driven, ownership-based culture within the organization.- Execute the GBS talent strategy end-to-end, including branding, hiring, onboarding, capability building, and retention.- Ensure that HR pillars (TA, OD, C&B;, DEI, Learning, Engagement) are GBS-ready for Hyderabad.- Drive change management and communication initiatives at a rapid pace.- Establish feedback loops and KPIs for continuous improvement.Qualifications Required:- 8 to 9 years of proven track record in successful HR business partnering on a global scale.- Strong business acumen, with a preference for experience in Global Business Services (GBS), and the ability to translate business challenges into HR initiatives.- Experience in designing, delivering,
