- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for US healthcare clients. N
- Assist members with insurance benefits, claims, eligibility, and billing-related queries. N
- Provide accurate information while maintaining quality and compliance standards. N
- Document customer interactions in the system. N
- Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets. N

nEligibility:

- n
- Graduate/Undergraduate (as per process eligibility). N
- Excellent English communication skills. N
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills. N




- Willingness to work in US rotational night shifts. N
- Customer service experience in BPO is preferred;
freshers with strong communication skills may also apply. N
