We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Technical Project Coordinator to coordinate AI engineering projects, manage project execution, facilitate communication between technical and business teams, and ensure successful delivery of client implementations.

Role DescriptionThe Technical Project Coordinator will play a critical role in planning, coordinating, tracking, and delivering multiple AI and software development projects. This position requires excellent project coordination skills, strong communication,



and the ability to work closely with AI engineers, developers, QA teams, clients, and leadership.
The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality standards while maintaining transparent communication with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate multiple AI and software development projects from initiation to completion.
- Work closely with AI Engineers, Developers, QA Engineers, UI/UX Designers, and Business Teams.
- Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, and timelines.
- Track project milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Conduct daily stand-up meetings and project status reviews.
- Coordinate sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Maintain Jira boards and monitor task progress.
- Assign and track project tasks.
- Ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Coordinate client meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
