Role Description
This is a full time, in office role based in New Delhi for an East Africa Safari Specialist .
The role focuses primarily on sales, proposal preparation, and lead conversion for East African safaris,



with a strong emphasis on direct-to-consumer (B2C) travel planning. The specialist will engage with prospective guests through calls, email, and messaging platforms to understand travel preferences, advise on destinations and experiences, and design tailored safari itineraries.
Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing detailed proposals and costings, sharing recommendations and destination guidance, following up on inquiries, and converting leads into confirmed bookings. The role requires close coordination with operations and partner teams to ensure accuracy in pricing, availability, and itinerary planning while maintaining a high standard of guest communication and service throughout the booking journey.
