Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, chat, and virtual meetings.
- Understand client requirements and recommend the most suitable solutions.
- Build robust relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and project estimates in coordination with the internal team.




- Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales professionally.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activities.
- Coordinate with project managers and development teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or IT Services Sales.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Experience working with US or international clients.
- Ability to understand technical projects such as websites, mobile apps, SaaS products, or custom software.
- Experience using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-driven.
- Comfortable working remotely.
