NWe are looking for a Placement Manager who can build strong corporate relationships and drive quality placement opportunities for our students.
NKEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Build and maintain relationships with corporates, startups, recruiters & hiring partners.

- Generate internship andfull-time placement opportunities for students.
N
- Manage the complete placement cycle — job sourcing, shortlisting, interviews, offers & joining.
N
- Organize placement drives, virtual hiring events & corporate interactions.
N
- Guide students on resumes, interviews, communication & career readiness.
N
- Work closely with trainers and internal teams to improve student employability.
N
- Maintain placement data, recruiter database and prepare MIS/reports.
N
- Achieve monthly & quarterly placement targets and drive repeat hiring partnerships.
NREQUIREMENTS
n
- 2–5 years of experience in Placement, Corporate Relations, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition or Business Development.
N
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, Business, Marketing or a related field.
N
- Strong corporate networking and relationship management skills.
N
- Excellent communication, negotiation and coordination abilities.
N
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up and conversion skills.
N
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace & CRM tools.
N
- EdTech/Education industry experience will be an added advantage.
