Help to build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying, and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** + Design, deploy, and manage high-performance computing clusters and related infrastructure to support complex workloads. + Optimize HPC systems for performance, scalability, and reliability through tuning and configuration management. + Collaborate with research and engineering teams to understand computational requirements and provide technical support. **YOU MUST HAVE** + Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics + 3+ years of experience working with HPC systems, cluster management, and parallel computing environments + Strong knowledge of HPC architectures, job schedulers (e.g., Slurm, PBS), and cluster management tools like HPCM + Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems, scripting languages such as Python or Bash,



and performance tuning + Strong Linux administration skills + Storage experience managing HPC environments. + Familiarity with storage systems and networking technologies relevant to HPC environments **WE VALUE** + Advanced degrees in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields + Experience with cloud-based HPC solutions and hybrid cloud architectures + Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes + Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams + Experience with parallel programming models such as MPI or OpenMP Honeywell helps organizations solve the world's most complex challenges in automation, the future of aviation and energy transition.
